The Cheapest Auto Insurance In America
The National Association of Insurance Commissioners has just completed its state-by-state survey of auto rates. Who pays the least?
Iowa.
The survey looked at auto insurance rates from 2003 to 2004, and found that residents of the Hawkeye State paid an average of $686 a year.
And who has the highest rates? New Jersey. The NAIC survey showed that New Jersey residents paid an average of $1,386 a year for their auto coverage.
