Who Will Administer My COBRA Insurance Plan?

Your COBRA Plan administrator will usually be someone still working your former employer, generally someone in the Human Resources dept., but it may be representative of a company contracted to manage your former company’s plan. Whoever the plan administrator is will send you the COBRA benefit information you need if you qualify for coverage.
